What if I need revisions after I've approved the sample?
2 rounds of revisions are included at no extra cost. Additional rounds are charged at our standard rate, but they don't extend your delivery date unless you request it.
Can you actually guarantee on-time delivery?
Yes. We commit to deliver by your specified date. If production delays occur due to our error, we notify you immediately and provide solutions. Your deadline is non-negotiable.
Can I increase the quantity after the order is placed?
Yes, but sometimes the new quantity will not be subjected to the same timeline if the order is increased after the production has started.
What if something goes wrong during production?
Quality checkpoints catch issues early. If a problem is found, we address it immediately and adjust timeline if needed. You're notified of any changes within 24 hours.
Can you rush a timeline?
Possible, depending on current capacity. Contact us directly to discuss rush options. Some customizations cannot be rushed.
What if production runs late and I've paid in full?
We don't charge the final 50% until delivery, so you're never paying for late work. If delays occur beyond our control, we discuss solutions together.
